These terms apply to everyone who uses WTFilms (wtfilms.app). By using the site you accept them; by creating an account you confirm it explicitly. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. Choose a handle and display name that do not impersonate anyone and are not offensive; we may change or remove ones that are.

Your content

Your ratings and watchlist remain yours. You give WTFilms a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and show them on the site, including in the average rating and on your public profile, for as long as they are on the site. After you delete your account, ratings stay only in anonymous averages.

Use of the site and data

• Automated collection is not allowed: scraping, crawlers, bots and bulk downloading without our written permission. Search engines may crawl the site under the rules in robots.txt.
• You may not use WTFilms data to build your own database, catalog or competing service, or to train AI models.
• You may not bypass our protections: rate limits, blocks, challenges or pretending to be a regular user.
• You may not use the site to break the law or to harass other people.

Our own content belongs to WTFilms: descriptions, the database of dubs and voice casts, connections, collections, WTFilms ratings and the design. Data from TMDB, Wikidata and other sources belongs to them and is used under their licenses; we claim no rights to it.

If you need data for a project, write to data@wtfilms.app about a license.

If these rules are broken, we may block access, require copied data to be deleted and report the abuse to search engines, hosting providers and registrars.

Information on the site

We work hard to keep facts, release dates and availability accurate, but they come from many sources and can be wrong or out of date. Availability and prices on streaming services can change at any time; check them on the service before paying. WTFilms does not host or stream any video. Links to other sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranty and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WTFilms is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will ask signed-in users to accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Questions: support@wtfilms.app.
